Not in a lab. In the field.

My work has spanned business operations, sales leadership, scaling companies, mortgage and financial services, and software and automation projects. I have seen emergency dispatch systems struggle to keep up with real call patterns, mortgage operations drown in manual reviews, and real estate teams lose deals when follow-up slipped between too many tools.

Different industries, same pattern: smart people spending serious time on work that a well-built system should be doing instead.

I've lived both sides of that problem. I've built traditional software, mobile applications, operations teams and scaled businesses. I have also spent thousands of dollars doing it the old way: hiring developers, managing implementations, and watching projects go over budget or fall short. The question underneath it was always the same: what is actually slowing this down, and what would it look like if it did not?

When AI became genuinely capable of changing that answer, I put in the hours to understand the practical work behind it: integrations, edge cases, staff adoption, and the places where human review still matters. The goal is not a demo. It is a system that runs in production and removes a real source of friction.

There has never been a more practical time to fix the things quietly costing a business time and attention. Work that once required a large development effort can now be scoped, tested, and implemented in a more focused way. That does not make every process a fit for AI, but it makes many long-standing operational problems solvable.

Essembee is what I built when I ran out of reasons not to.

If you're a service business owner who suspects you're working harder than your systems require, I'd like to show you what I see.
